Job Description
We are looking for a talented mid-level Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Chennai, India. This role combines visual storytelling with technical execution across social and digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animated visuals, and high-impact social content using both traditional tools and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, with growing knowledge of AI-based creative workflows. Experience in intermediate video editing and a foundational understanding of CGI animation will be highly valued.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Multimedia Content Creation:
o Design visually engaging visuals and motion content for social media and other digital content
o Collaborate in executing brand strategy into engaging content tailored for each platform
• Motion Design and Animation:
o Produce animations using After Effects or similar platforms
o Collaborate with writers and strategists to animate story-driven social ideas
o Adapt animated content into multiple aspect ratios for platform variation
• Video Editing and Visual Composition:
o Edit short-form video content using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar platform
o Integrate motion graphics into video timelines
• Design and Brand Execution:
o Maintain visual consistency by applying brand guidelines to all content
o Curate style references and mood boards to guide animation direction
o Assist in storyboarding and concept development when required
• Creative Technology and AI Integration:
o Explore and apply animation AI tools for faster animation, visual effects, or ideation
o Incorporate AI-generated assets thoughtfully into motion workflows
o Stay updated on new tools and AI trends that enhance production and efficiency
Skills

Diploma in design, multimedia arts, visual communications, or a related field

3+ years of experience creating motion graphics for digital and social media

High proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop

Familiarity with Illustrator, Animate, and Figma

Experience with AI animation and creative tools

Basic CGI animation skills

Intermediate-level video editing skills

Understanding of audio syncing, pacing, and sound layering

Knowledge of video editing platforms like CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro

Experience with 3D text, transitions, and light effects

Ability to collaborate on storyboards, script-to-screen processes, and visual narratives

Exposure to publishing and exporting content for Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid ad platforms

Passion for motion graphics, visual trends, and digital storytelling

Curiosity and willingness to explore new tools, especially within AI and automation
