Role Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our building material branch in Oman . The Branch Manager- Oman is responsible for the overall management and successful operation of Oman branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring the branch meets its sales targets and maintains customer satisfaction, while also managing the financial performance of the branch. Will play a key role in driving the success of the branch by developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing inventory levels, supervising staff, managing financial performance, and overseeing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the branch is meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a team, build strong customer relationships, and ensure the smooth running of the branch. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets of the branch. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and product trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to encourage repeat business, suppliers, and stakeholders. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. Responsible for profitability enhancement through new channel development, increase in special product volume & price management. Continuously work towards increasing ; organic sales growth, profitability, business project pipeline, market share of the branch. Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Inventory Management: Ensure efficient stock management and control inventory levels. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to identify slow-moving or obsolete stock. Work closely with supply chain department to ensure timely delivery of stock. Responsible for cost optimization through reduction of material loss, proper product mix & other possible means. Staff Supervision: Manage, supervise, and train staff to ensure high levels of productivity and performance. Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff. Financial Performance: Manage the financial performance of the branch, including budgeting, expense control, and forecasting. Analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and health and safety regulations. Actively manage capex, incentives and mitigate collections. Operations : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean working environment
