Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Temporary Recruiter to join our corporate team for a 6‑month assignment. In this role, you will support end‑to‑end recruitment and talent acquisition activities across the organization, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role may also support additional People Experience projects as required.

  • Handle full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers

  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, focusing on key competencies.

  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the progress of recruitment efforts, including candidate pipeline and feedback.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely scheduling and effective communication.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to each role.

  • Assist with other HR related projects as needed.

Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in the UAE /Dubai.

  • Strong understanding of the UAE labor market and recruitment practices

  • Proven experience sourcing and hiring for corporate or mid‑senior roles

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, allowing for efficient management of multiple recruitment projects.

  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality hires.

  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels, showcasing resourcefulness and creativity.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a foundation for HR excellence.
