Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD/MM/CRM Lead to spearhead the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP solutions across our diverse conglomerate's business units. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills with a minimum of 10 years in SAP functional roles and proven leadership in managing small teams. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SD, MM, and CRM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements across multiple business units.
- Manage the SAP support lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous system optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, sales, supply chain, IT) to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of 3-4 SAP consultants and functional analysts.
- Drive process improvements and system integration initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets in line with PMP best practices.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and governance frameworks related to SAP systems.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD, MM, and CRM modules with strong functional and technical understanding.
- Proven project management experience in SAP implementations and support.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification highly preferred.
- Experience leading a team (minimum 3-4 members) and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced conglomerate environment with multiple business units.
