Job Description

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and establish relationships with new customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the company's Sanitaryware product.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers in the market.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, pricing, and policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote the company's products and services.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts and provide regular updates to management on sales activities and results.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments, as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Sanitary ware industry
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software and tools-CRM
