Job Description

We are looking for Export Sales Executive - Paints for UAE

Job Purpose :

To manage showroom, guide walk in customers in product selection and purchase; generate awareness about AGP product to selected client base and contribute in meeting the overall sales targets for the Paint Export Segment.

Responsibilities:

1. Be primarily responsible to handle sales desk of AGP in the shared showroom; arrange the products and brochures as instructed and keep the showroom pleasant and welcoming.

2. Proactively map out potential new export markets and approach appropriate target businesses whilst providing excellent customer support to existing export customers to ensure you hit or exceed overall sales targets

3. Research potential new export customers to expand the company customer base

4. Develop data base of the clients collected through different sources; share the information with the manager.

5. Register Sale and prepare invoice as per the policies, collect and ensure safe custody of cash, and arrange cash deposit to the Head office.

6. Be proactive to gather relevant market and competitor information and share details with supervisor for necessary action.

7. Collect & compile prospective client details via different channels to enhance the market share and thereby increase sales turnover.

8. Attend client meetings with Export Manager ; note the minutes of the meetings and consider the followup actions.

9. Prepare and submit sales report fortnightly for management review.

10. Adhere to all statutory and legal compliances of the company.


Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum requirements:

• Degree or equivalent / Diploma in Science
• Work experience of 4 years as a Retail staff selling paints or allied products.
• Pleasing personality, presentable.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Observant, possess good market knowledge.
• Excellent networking and public relation skills
