Job Description

Sell company’s products to end retailers / consumers on daily basis & achieve maximum sales within assigned geographical sales area.
o Identify potential customers in allocated territory, conduct due diligence and sell company’s products
o Formulate daily route plan with help of line manager to service and sell to assigned and new customers
o Selling and servicing pre-assigned customers in designated territory (receive order, invoice and deliver products to customer, collect cash (if cash sales) all at the same time)
o Achieve set sales targets and collection goals
o Merchandizing, increasing in-shop share and distributing marketing collaterals at point of sales
o Prepare invoices and collecting cash / cheques for sales
o Forecast sales and accordingly loading van with stocks in order to sell right product mix to customers
o Visit required number of customers / outlets per day / per week
o Keep self and supervisors abreast on competitors activities and report with details using report formats
o Prepare various activity reports (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly sales reports, outstanding recoveries, etc…)
o Maintain sales van to ensure timely service with minimum downtime
o Others as deemed necessary by the line manager or the management for the smooth functioning of the operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Up to2 years as Salesman or sales related field.
Education: Secondary School Certificate
