Job Purpose & Scope:
To increase projects sales through outdoor activity by contacting outdoor customers and negotiate contracts in order to achieve sales targets and to maximize profitability. Obtain and handle payments in accordance with the organization’s established procedure.
• Generate enquiries, follow-up and book orders for projects as per the target set by the division.
• The accurate completion of monthly management reports covering all activities.
• Following up on current leads, opportunities and key accounts.
• Manage clients effectively and create good prospects.
• Create & update reports for cross specification among various sales divisions.
• Identify qualified prospects and leads.
• Achieve sales / gross margin targets set by the management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis by activities mentioned below.
• Generating sales enquiries on monthly basis so as to achieve order satisfactory booking strike rate of enquiries quoted every month based on assigned sales target.
• Generate business leads for upcoming projects by regular visits on daily basis to key developer/consultant & contractors.
• Maintain good rapport with key clients, leading consultants and contractors. Research market in terms of current jobs in hand, current projects under design, current projects on tender stage.
• Interact and engage with customers for information / feedback related to competitor’s pricing / products proposed.
• Understand and analyze the customer needs.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building material products, market intelligence, industry trends and competition in the assigned territory.
