Job Description

Manage and maintain existing relationships with customers in order to insure that they will continue giving their business to the company and simultaneously brings in new customers by pitching products and services to increase market share and develop overall sales.
Description.
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts through regular service
- Identify potential customers while using contacts to generate new business
- Continue assessment of existing client’s needs and business objectives in order to increase in-shop share
- Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention through service, products and promotions
- Assist all teams to meet financial targets and growth objectives
- Contribute ideas to formulate sales strategies
- Upsell a company’s services, products and solutions
- Coordinate with various internal teams so that the customer’s expectations are met
- Work to resolve problems and situations quickly, as goal to win customer’s repeat business
- Maintain or exceed a minimum amount of sales per customer
- Prepare various periodic reports eg. Monthly / quarterly sales report, annual forecasts and account status reports
- Prepare market reports, competition promotion activities
- Prepare route plan for Van Sales Teams for effective service and new sales generation
- Others as deemed necessary by the line manager or the management for the smooth functioning of the operations


Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 7 year experience in selling of which 4 in selling Lubricants with at least 2 years are Sr. Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager.
Education : Graduate / Engineer / MBA
