• Key Accountabilities
o Grow the digital brand, marketing & communications strategy for various retail and lifestyle brands within ESAG
o Lead the development, implementation, and execution of all digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, PPC and display, affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, retargeting, email, and social.
o Monitor and execute the on-site page operation, including product image, promotion implement, etc.
o Drive online customer acquisition strategy
o Identify new channels for growth, new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments
o Develop, manage and optimize end-to-end performance of eCommerce websites, implementing user experience developments and recognize potential functional issues
o Design, implement and manage key processes to support eCommerce merchandising, marketing and operations
o Draft and carry over conversion-oriented cart abandonment plans
o Run and Analyze A/B tests both for email and website
o Develop SEO strategies to increase the number of organic visitors by achieving high-ranking positions in search results
o Manage customer reviews and strategies to maximize conversions
•Digital Analytics and Insights
o Develop dashboards; and provide reports, in depth performance analysis and insights to decision makers periodically
o Perform QA audits, site monitoring and ad-hoc analyses
o Act as subject matter expert for ecommerce KPIs and data definitions including ROAS (return on ad spent/ROI), ecommerce business forecasting and planning
o Analysis of key issues such as inventory/allocation, fraud and returns
o Lead update meetings, ensuring the understanding of strategic recommendations and providing clear action items for internal and external teams
o Use digital analytics tools to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvements.
o Management of websites – including liaison with external agencies (for hosting, site design, user experience, etc)
o Management of media buying partners
o Optimising content for social networking accounts such as Twitter and LinkedIn
o Mobile marketing: includes app-based, in-game, location-based and SMS marketing
o Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
o Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns
o Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
o Content development is a plus
Create and upload copy and images for the organization’s website;
Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job.
Video editing skills: Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well
