Job Description

The Group Creative Lead will lead the conceptualization and aesthetic direction of ESAG campaigns and communications across platforms. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, eloquent and with a proven track record of delivering impactful visual communications.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Conceive big ideas in addition to developing key visuals for communications across digital and print platforms including but not limited to dynamic presentations, marketing communications, social media content, motion graphics, websites, email campaigns and infographics.
• Translate lead generation goals into winning creative strategies, content, campaign ideas and marketing materials.
• Collaborate and partner with brand marketing managers and in-house copywriters.
• Provide concise and clear project updates to internal clients.
• Manage deliverables within project timelines and budget constraints.
• Active involvement in the day-to-day art production pipeline by closely working with specialist designers in executing approved key visuals.
• Ensure high level of creativity, quality and consistency.
• Work with outside vendors to meet quality standards, deadlines and budget.
• Build and enforce the visual identity of the Group’s brands.


Desired Candidate Profile

REQUIRED:
• At least 5 years of experience in a creative agency working with retail and lifestyle brands, preferably in the UAE
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Has a strong hands-on design skills, innate creative flair and an exceptional eye for detail.
• Good command of the English language and has the ability to easily convey complex ideas to decision makers.
• Career-focused and self-motivated.
• Thrives under pressure and can be counted on to deliver consistent results.
• Great with deadlines and details – ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Quickly and effectively gain thorough understanding of a client’s target audience and design brief.
• A good team player with ability to work cohesively with diverse industry experts.

DESIRED:
• Degree or equivalent in design, advertising, marketing, multimedia or related discipline.
• Remarkable presentation skills and a track record of successfully pitching and executing creative ideas.
• Sound problem solving skills with an in-depth understanding of consumer centered campaigns.
• Has a collaborative approach in managing feedback.
