· At least 5 years of experience in graphic design preferably from retail and lifestyle brands in the UAE
· Good command of the English language and the ability to easily convey complex ideas to decision-makers.
· Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
· Has strong hands-on design skills, creative flair, and an exceptional eye for detail.
· Career-focused and self-motivated.
· Thrives under pressure and can be counted on to deliver consistent results.
· Great with deadlines and details – ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Quickly and effectively gain a thorough understanding of a client’s target audience and design brief.

· Degree or equivalent in design, advertising, marketing, multimedia, or related discipline.
· Remarkable presentation skills and a track record of successfully pitching and executing creative ideas.
· Sound problem-solving skills with an in-depth understanding of consumer-centered campaigns.
· Has a collaborative approach to managing feedback.
