Job Purpose and Scope
To create/ establish a new division for business across UAE, creating a strong brand name and market visibility for the Building Material Division. Design, Develop & implement robust sales strategy for the Building Material Division to consistently deliver profitable growth to the division by ensuring Sales targets are met regularly.
Head of the Profit Centre, responsible for the entire operations including business development and creation of new accounts
• Outlining and implementing of annual Business plans for the marketing and sales department to achieve sales in-line with corporate strategic objectives.
• Build, develop and lead the sales team for the Building Material Market.
• To meet budgets and agreed targets with profitable growth for long term sustainability.
• Regular meetings with customers and potential customers to gain a clear understanding of the market trends and business opportunities.
• Ensure effective marketing, offer submission, customer follow –ups and negotiations leading to successful acquisition of orders.
• Identify new markets / dealers / products and channels to increase market share.
• Design Promotional strategies to create awareness and enhance market share.
• Design and Implement new advertising strategies for sustainable business growth.
• Build effective MIS, capturing vital information that can be leveraged for organizational growth.
• To increase product sales, ensuring sufficient coverage and distribution based on market segments and consumer preferences.
• Plan individual sales target for the team and ensure achievement of the same. Regularly share market intelligence to support the Sales team in achieving the assigned targets.
• To ensure the policies and procedures of the company are adhered to and ensure all employees are aware and comply with including SAP, legal, Quality processes etc
• Any additional tasks and responsibilities as delegated by the GM from time to time subject to company’s mission and vision”
