Job Description

Job Purpose and Scope

To ensure effective liaison between Sales, Customers and Internal departments for prompt servicing of Customer Orders / Follow up with the entire Operations Teams including Logistics to facilitate delivery. Adherence to Systems and Processes for quick redressal of customer queries, complaints and feedback for quality and process improvement

Main Job Responsibilities

To understand and constantly update AGP on product mix to manage customer needs;

Assist customers in processing and efficiently manage the product requirement

2. Maintain all PO documents hygiene through OpenText and bar code printing; Receive and respond efficiently to post sales transactions to fulfill customer needs

3. Maintain Enquiry Log of all enquiries received through emails and fax; Liaise with Sales on inquiries, feedback through a log system for effective follow up and closure; Prepare Export documentation with close co-ordination with the Dispatch team

4. Work closely with Production to enable meet customer delivery requirements;

5. Track / follow up with Production and advice Di spatch team to execute delivery

6. Generate on a monthly basis the Customer Accounts Report with respect to Valid / Expired Trade License for Sales to take corrective actions; Generate Systematic Data on time in line with customer’s accounts on monthly basis on the status of credit limits

7. Requests for SOR and follow up with Technical for receipts

8. Prepare Pre-qualification, Submittals and Quotations as per Sales - Projects team requirement and label printing for cans

9. Co-ordinate with Production and FG Stores for Material Requisition and Reservation as per site requirements

10. Ensure all ISO process audits are implemented on time including Customer Satisfaction Survey and generate customer feedback for corrective functions

11. Adhere to all Statutory, Legal, Health and Safety procedures of the company

Desired Candidate Profile

.Minimum Graduate / Diploma holder

3 - 4 years in manufacturing / paint industry

Sound knowledge of SAP / MS Excel

Sound knowledge of SAP / MS Excel

Minimum requirements can be waived in case of exceptional candidates
