- Able to perform any SAP configuration related and in the scope of Sales and Distribution
- Lead any projects or system enhancement related to Sales and Distribution (including here picking, packing and delivery processing) and having good understanding of SAP implementation methodology
- Propose feasibility functional solutions for new business process and advise options for performance improvement of existing process
- Designing and planning for a new SAP ERP component implementation in the area Sales Distribution, delivery, invoicing and integration to other third party application.
- Maintain Master Data Governance (MDG) such Customer Master / Business Partner and co-related functionality (Credit Limit, Tax Registration No, Trade License etc.)
- Must have knowledge integration in SAP FI, MM, PS, PP, REFX modules
- Prepare functional specifications, User Acceptance Test (UAT) script and Perform unit testing and support other forms of testing.
- Work on RICEFW when there is a requirement from business (including here able to determining user exit, BAPI, BADI and SAP related technical object need to be used to achieve the requested changes)
- Implement company policies, procedures and standards for preserving the integrity of data, reports and access.
- End users training regarding SAP process and functionality.
- Support the business for Level 2 (L2) in SAP live system for any issues related to Sales and Distribution
- Enabling users to optimize usage of the system by offering business expertise, knowledge and advice.
