Job Purpose & Scope:
To increase residential furniture sales by generating leads via networking and client visits in order to meet the company's Business and growth plans
To develop a strong sales pipeline for residential furniture projects to increase revenue and market share through outdoor business activities.
To create presentations and to coordinate with marketing department for company profile, business cards, portfolios, greeting cards and invitations.
To search potential customers to generate new business via networking , cold calling focusing on residential projects specially Villa projects.
To visit construction sites in order to find leads.
To network with real estate developers, interior design offices and consultants offices in order to create leads for residential furniture projects.
To monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand what the customer preference is.
To Liaise with the retail and interior design teams throughout the process when required to make sure all client requirements are met.
To create and maintain a database of current and prospect clients.
To understand client needs , offer solutions and support; answering potential client questions , follow-up call questions and responding on time to client requests for proposals and needs.
