a) Responsible for Sales & GP from Panel building segment in Oman market.
b) Leading the Panel Builder Segment by proposing strategy for sales, managing the resources, budget and focusing on results.
c) End to end responsibility to generate, develop and maintain strong Sales & inquiries pipeline for the region.
d) Build strong relationship with key principals of the panel builder segment.
e) Lead a sales team to deliver result as a team
f) Maintain month on month healthy sales inquiries pipeline and provide Forecast on Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Basis to the line manager.
g) Develop marketing & Sales strategies and schemes to promote our products through various channels.
h) Retaining relations with old clients and creating new opportunities with clients, consultants, contractors, architects, designers, and manufacturers (Jointly with brand manager) etc.
i) Meeting Consultants and Contractors to support the panel builder to the win the project
j) Conduct technical product workshops and commissioning support to the panel builder in their projects
k) Coordination with Stores, Finance and purchase to ensure the best of customer relationship
l) Manage payment collections with the assistance from credit collections team


Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with 10-15 years’ experience in handling panel builder segment.
b) Responsible for Sales & GP from Panel building segment in Oman market.
c) Leading a sales team which targets the Panel Builder Segment by proposing strategy for sales, managing the resources, budget and focusing on results.
