To chase projects within the region and maximize the sales of sanitary ware and building material products.
Main Job Responsibilities:
Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate goals of company.
Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments with Architects and Interior designers; understanding their requirements, making sales presentation.
Generating new business through sales leads obtained from different channels of inquiries
To identify opportunities by studying consumer requirements; obtained by through market research.
To explore new markets and deliver product and services for continued sustainable growth.
Ensure the total end to end sales cycle of every deal including logistics, delivery and collection of payments.
Meet prospective customers and convert to Sales opportunities.
Negotiate and finalize sales deals after approvals from the Senior Sales Manager.
Negotiate purchase prices with Principals on a regular basis as per the contracts at hand.
Negotiate credit terms with existing clients and propose the same for new customers.
Work along with the sales coordinator, warehouse and other support staff to complete ongoing projects on a timely basis and ensure no delays in delivery.
Ensure collections are made on a timely manner as per the contractual periods agreed.
Preparing sales proposal and quotations for submission to clients.
Prepare contracts and get reviewed by the senior manager.
